1. Scope
These Research Purchaser Terms govern the supply of research materials by Nexorapen trading as (T/A) Superjabs Limited. They apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions. Where the two conflict on permitted use, these terms take precedence.
2. Permitted Use
Products are supplied solely for in vitro laboratory and scientific research carried out by suitably qualified persons in an appropriate setting.
Products are not medicinal products. They are not licensed, approved or presented for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any condition in humans or animals.
3. Prohibited Use
You must not, and must not permit any other person to:
- Administer any product to a human being, including yourself
- Administer any product to an animal
- Use any product in the preparation of food, drink, cosmetics or any consumer product
- Use any product for clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic purposes
- Resell, repackage, relabel or redistribute any product for human or veterinary use
- Represent any product as a medicine, supplement or treatment
4. Purchaser Eligibility
By placing an order you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are purchasing for legitimate research or laboratory purposes
- You have the training, facilities and procedures needed to handle research materials safely
- You are not purchasing on behalf of anyone intending a prohibited use
- You are authorised to enter into these terms on behalf of any organisation you name on the order
We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a stated intended use is inconsistent with these terms.
5. Handling, Storage and Disposal
You are responsible for handling, storing and disposing of products in accordance with the documentation supplied with your order, your own institutional procedures, and applicable health, safety and environmental law. Research materials must be kept secure and clearly labelled, and must not be transferred to anyone who has not accepted these terms.
6. Regulatory Compliance
You are responsible for confirming that your purchase, possession, use, import and export of research materials complies with all laws and regulations applying to you, including those of your own jurisdiction and any institutional or licensing requirements. We do not provide regulatory advice.
7. No Warranty of Fitness
Products are supplied as research reagents. We make no representation that any product is fit for a particular research purpose or protocol. Determining suitability for your intended application is your responsibility.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects the statutory rights of a consumer purchaser.
8. Breach of These Terms
If you use a product other than as permitted here, you accept full responsibility for the consequences, and you agree to indemnify Nexorapen trading as (T/A) Superjabs Limited against claims, losses and costs arising from that use. We may refuse future orders and, where appropriate, report the matter to the relevant authorities.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
